It was really nice to see a Korean celebrity represent at the Beijing Olympics. I don’t think there were any other Koreans on that stage but I’m not 100% positive. If you know who the 2 women next to him are, please let me know.

As my regular readers know already, Rain is starting as a lead actor for a movie called Ninja Assassin. It seems like now that Rain started to train for this role. I have to admit he looks good but he doesn’t have the assassin look.

What many people don’t know is that Rain is a great actor. I’ve seen his Korean dramas and he has a lot of charisma on the screen. Not only can he sing and dance, but he’s a great actor. He is a versatile talent.

Bi’s US career is in good hands. According to the article, he signed a deal with William Morris Agency(WMA). This agency represents other Hollywood’s top celebrities such as Russell Crowe, Scarlett Johansson, Alicia Keys, Eminem, Jennifer Lopez, and Janet Jackson. With such a powerful agency backing him up, he should do really well. I just hope he learns to speak English fluently asap.

Is this a good marketing tactic by Warner Brothers? I think so. They will open up the huge market if they open the movie with a ‘G’ rating. However, will this be a good thing for older audience? I doubt it. The movie might suck with all the ‘violence’ taken out. However, this should be great for all of the Korean actors in this movie. What do you think?
It will be good for older people to watch this movie to spice and speed up their lives a little bit..hehe..but kidding aside.. hope it won’t be too violent if they wanted to have a G rating..
IMO, I don’t think Speed Racer ever had the type of violence that warranted a PG rating, so I think the WBros are staying true to the cartoon in that sense.
This is looking like it is going to be great.

That title is a little confusing. Anyway, Korea seemed to be pretty well represented. There was that Korean who won the silver in swimming. The closing ceremonies were good, but they seemed a little gimmicky in comparison to the open ceremonies. Maybe that’s just me.
