      To be honest, I am so fond of she, such a beautiful, charming woman. Each body has his or her personal life. She suffered so much just because she is a celebrity, and because we pay more attentions to them. anyway, be strong!

    Death Threat to Edison Chen

    You all remember the sex scandal with Edison Chen? He apparently received a death treat couple of days ago telling him to stop doing public appearances or his life will be in danger. Wow. That is pretty serious. I can’t believe that all these things happened because of few sex pictures.

      Personally I think Edison did deserve this. I highly suspect he had a deal going with the computer technitian to release the pictures. He was probably hoping to find work that way,perhaps to help his father s financial situation.But greed at the cost of other peoples lives being totally ruined is utterly unacceptable. He will still get his entire blow of what he deserves.Goes to show what goes around will come around-some day. I feel its very unfair for the girls to have lost their jobs. Everyone in my huge social circle also feels that Asians are to hung up on their selfish reputation , and couldnt care less if those girls were actually victims in the situation!!
      For goodness sake, it was sex pictures, its noones business and the public will not get hurt by it . Stop the insane injustice and punishing people for having sex. Rather punish people for overpopulating the world.

      I think that there is never an appropriate situation for death threats. Maybe what he did was immoral or even if it was illegal, that doesn’t mean someone should be threatening his life.

      Too bad the sex pictures involve many Hong Kong celebrities and kinda link with triad there. It’s just sad to see a mistake like this forever change a man’s life.

    Edison’s Message on Recent Sex Scandal Pictures

    I made a post couple of days ago about Edison Chen and his sex pictures with many of his fellow actresses. As far as I know, the actresses are Bobo Chan Man, Cecilia Cheung Pak Chi, Chiaki Kuriyama, Gillian Chung, Gillian Chung Yun-Tung, Joey Yung, Yumiko Cheng and possibly more.

    Apparently he released a public response video about the nude pictures. It’s kind of funny, if you ask me.

    Edison Chen (陳冠希) released a video message through his lawyers today. It was the first time the star had spoken publicly since sex photos purportedly of him, Gillian Chung (鍾欣桐), Bobo Chan (陳文媛) and Cecilia Cheung (張栢芝) started surfacing on the internet a week ago.

    In the video message filmed at an undisclosed location, Edison spoke in English directly to camera in front of a plain wall.

    He said: “I’ve decided to break my silence today and make this statement to the media and to all people involved in this strange ordeal. Recent documents being posted online have been intentionally hurtful and malicious not only to the victims but to our whole community.

    “I have already handed matters over to the police and have been assisting them with this case from the first day onwards. Due to ongoing investigations, I am unable to comment any further upon this case.

    “The lives of many innocent people have been affected by this malicious and criminal conduct, and in this regard I am filled with pain, hurt and frustration.

    “I hereby use this opportunity to apologize to anyone who has been affected by this strange, strange ordeal.

    “I now call upon everyone to help and assist the victims of this case. If you have ever downloaded any of these images, please do not forward them to anyone. Please do not send them to anyone. If you are still in possession of these images, I urge you to please destroy them immediately. Let’s help the wounded heal their wounds. I urge you to help the victims and not make anything worse.”

      I can’t help but be amused by all this. This harms them not just because they’re nude/sex pics, but becase their sooo unflattering (read: nasty, in an ugly way). I won’t go into details :P haha Thanks for keeping us updated on this fiasco. It makes me laugh ^^

      Haha, I just found his english amusing. This just seemed funny to me. He was so monotone and everything, like he was reading off of cue cards.

      And for the record, I just came across this. It wasn’t like I stayed up for 48 hours straight searching for a video or something…

      Isn’t Chiaki Kuriyama Japanese and like live in Japan? All the other actresses are Chinese I think. That doesn’t make sense.
