Corruptions in India
The TII-CMS India Corruption Study shows that below poverty line households paid more than 883,00,00,000 (883 crore rupees) to avail basic services like Public Distribution systems, hospitals, school education, electricity and water supply.

It’s pretty common, unfortunately, that average people spend way too much money on bribes. I have personally seen people do it for their children’s education. Have you ever bribed someone for any reason? or would you ever?
Also, where can I find these kind of lists for other countries?

I think that every country has corruption, and there isn’t a single one that does not. Its just how humans are…. I guess.

IMO developed countries have more corruption than developing ones. Perhaps money is the matter and substance which is apple of cord. I am worried to see the education on the list though because that is very sensitive issue.
