Chinese sausage is known as &quot;la chang&quot; in Chinese. it&#039;s preserved processed pork. It&#039;s hard before cooked and has a unique fragrance.

@Myershamilton,
I think any normal rice will do (Not like when we make sushi, the use of Japanese rice is a better choice) and like what is being stated up there, using of day old rice is better. Base on my experience, it taste better with day old rice.</description>
