i always thought this was just another heavy drama but when i read about her winning the best actress award (at the Cannes if im not mistaken), i immediately watched it… it was really amazing… it’s an old school but i never thought that it (prostitution) is still happening in korea… (which was confirmed when i read your post about the Diary of a Sex Slave – Story of Korean Girl in a CA Massage Parlor…
the movie really portrayed without hypocrisy the harsh reality of life.. especially that of women who fall victim under circumstances which mostly they cant control… and oftentimes, of which they dont have a choice…

and she really is one of my mom’s favorite korean actresses… whom i came to love after watching her award winning movie…
