Google Hottrends
One of the Korean search engine I use is naver.com. It’s because this search engine has a great feature where I can find out what the most popular searches are in real time. Plus, I can also find out the list in weekly basis, or by different categories such as people, news, and movies. Just in case you are wondering what it looks like, check it out here.
I always wondered why Google does not have this feature. Well, it seems like they finally made one. It is called hottrends. When I click on the ‘change date’ link, the available dates only goes back to May 15th so I’m guessing that’s when this started.
So what can you do with this? It’s great to know what people are searching for right? Plus maybe you can blog about the top searched words so there are greater chance of people finding your site. 
This might work and get more traffic into your site but those people might not be the kind of audience you want (for example digg.com). So do it at your own risk.
