Make money with John Chow

First one up for this review is John Chow dot Com.

As his title suggests, he talks about how to make money online using your web site. John Chow is one of the most prominent bloggers today. I have been reading his blog for about a month now and he has given me some brilliant ideas about online marketing in general.

When you first visit his website, you will see pictures of 2 fast and expensive looking cars on his header. Could it be that he actually bought those cars with the money he made with his blog? I might never know but he does have about 4400 readers on his blog which can mean tons and tons of money, I mean traffic. As far as I know, he sells text links on his sidebar. I can’t wait to do that when I get a little bit more traffic. My Feedburner readers hover around 25-35 readers right now. Pretty pathetic huh?

One of the ways he gets more traffic is by having other blogs review his website, like this post. When you review his blog using the correct anchor texts he requested, he will then put a link on his site back to yours. And as I have mentioned previously, it’ll help a small PR site like mine.
