Whogets online sweepstakes

Whogets.com has a very unique sweepstakes going. As far as I can tell from their descriptions, the community can decide who actually wins the prize. So does that mean I can get all my friends to join and have them choose me as the winner? I highly doubt it and since I have not had the chance to try it out yet, I don’t want to go into full detail about how the site works. Everyone should definitely try it out though. They claim that they are SPAM free and everything is completely FREE. I am going to try it and report back here later.
