I think most of us complain about how high our mortgage payment is every month. For those of us with a mortgage payment anyways. For those of you who are looking into purchasing a condo, townhouse, or a house, or you might be looking into buying a small castle, what ever you are into, we’ve all wondered about how much our mortgage payment will be. There are tons of free mortgage calculators out there to assist you. It might not be accurate but it’s pretty darn close.
You can also apply for a secured loan at moneywize.co.uk. It works kind of like lendingtree.com. Once you fill out the application, the site will search over 250 different lending institutions to get you the lowest rates.
The site is based on UK so I am not sure if US residents will qualify for the loan. But why not shoot them an email and find out!
