Sin City 2 – shooting should start in June
Who would have guessed this movie would ever get made? I certainly didn’t since I have never read any of Frank Miller’s books. But according to comingsoon.net, Miller’s Sin City 2 should start shooting in June. Here is a short snipplet from comingsoon.
In talking with worldwide press members today in Second Life about 300, Frank Miller said that he talked to Robert Rodriguez yesterday about Sin City 2. They hope to be prepping the sequel in the next six weeks for shooting to start in June.
Director Zack Snyder also said that he is trying to develop Watchmen with Warner Bros. as an R-rated film. He hopes that with the success of 300 it will be easier to get it going. One of the aspects they are concentrating on is the costumes, because he said “you want people to take the movie seriously.” He said, like the “Spider-Man” movie costumes, people have come to expect that kind of detail.
